Amen!

We've taught Paige a new prayer (the Johnny Appleseed song) that we sing at dinnertime. Now she asks to sing it before every meal and snack. We hold hands and at the end of the song raise them up and down singing "Amen". Every once in a while, out of nowhere, she holds her hands up and exclaims "Amen!". Of course, we had to prompt her to do it so you can see...

Mother's Day weekend at the beach

My mom, sister, niece, aunt, cousin, Paige and I stayed at a condo on Crescent Beach over Mother's Day weekend. I didn't take many pictures, but here are a couple my mom took.

Biker Chick

My sister gave us this great bike seat. Paige tolerates her "bike hat", but loves to ride down McCulloch Road to see the cows, horses, and alpacas!

On the lake with the Lake family

Our good friends, Scot, Deb, and Delaney invited us on their boat a few weekends ago. Paige, of course, loved it and didn't even complain about wearing her "boat coat" (life jacket). We stopped at a sandbar and had a blast swimming and playing.
