Moms, Daughters, Sisters

Here are some pictures from my mom's birthday weekend. We did some major shopping and bought shirts with the same colors (not on purpose) and the same jeans which were on mega-sale at Ann Taylor Loft. Later that evening, we enjoyed Mojitos and a Razztini (or in my mom's words a "Razz-ma-taz!") at Stonewood Grille. It was a really fun day!

Our Friday Morning Tradition

Every other Friday morning, Chris, Paige, and I head down to Winter Park for breakfast at Palmano's and then some playtime in the park. Here are some pictures of Paige's favorite spot, the fountain!

We dressed Paige up as a black cat for Halloween. We went to a neighborhood block party and dressed up to go to Ms. Connie's house (her babysitter).

September 16, 1924 - October 12, 2007

Thank you for your prayers! Nana passed away last Friday, October 12th. It has been a painful week for all who love her, but I am comforted by envisioning the joy she must be experiencing in Heaven.

Dear Heavenly Father, we praise you that you have made people to share life together and to reflect your glory in the world. We thank you now for Nana, for all that we saw of your goodness and love in her life and for all that she means to each one of us. As we honor Nana's memory, make us more aware that you are the one from whom comes every perfect gift, including the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory for ever and ever.

Party on, Paige!

Here are a few pictures from Paige's party at Downey park. We brought the baby pool to hold the party favors (beach balls and squirt toys), but Paige enjoyed the pool just the same!

Grammy brought a tricycle to donate to the Girls and Boys Town and Paige decided she liked riding it a lot! So CC (Cousin Coleen) bought her her very own tricycle for her birthday!

Finally, here is Paige sitting with Nana opening her birthday gifts. Thank you so much for your prayers! I know God hears them. Nana made it through her surgeries sucessfully. She has had some ups and downs trying to recover, but she seems to be getting stronger every day! I pray that her quality of life improves as a result of these surgeries and that she comes home soon so that Paige can spend some time with her.

Life is short. Family is so special. Tell someone you love them today...don't wait!
