Tyler's Birthday Celebration at Montessori School

Tyler's birthday celebration at school included a "walk around the Sun". First they have him place all twelve months (the months are written on the sticks)  around the Sun.

You then hold the Globe and prepare for a journey around the Sun to represent one year of life.

Tyler made a timeline of his four years of life. Miss Yvonne would show the class the picture representing the year and describe how Tyler changed from year to year.

After each year of life was described, Tyler would take a walk around the Sun. Once he hit year four the                                                      entire class began singing, "Happy Birthday!"
